 Muy interesante la web que he encontrado sobre geografía. IOTA / LOTW Log matching Posted on IOTA website this morning; ''Islands On The Air (IOTA) Ltd is delighted to announce the implementation of the ARRL application which allows the use of QSO matching via LoTW. We wish to thank ARRL for having made their application available. This will allow IOTA chasers to obtain credits by matching their logs with those at LoTW in addition to those at Club Log. We have a lot of work ahead of us to identify the time windows of past IOTA operations and this will be phased in over the next few months. An initial list of operations arising from the link-up with LoTW has been added to the database and these will become available for QSO matching from Thursday 21 May. Further additions will be made on an ongoing basis. We are sure that the IOTA community will welcome this development for which they have long been pressing for.''

IOTA NEWS Restructuring of AS-117/AS-206 (Published: 30 July 2019 on the IOTA Website) Islands previously listed as qualifying for AS-117 that now fall within the co-ordinates box of the new group AS-206, Honshu’s Coastal Islands East, have now been transferred and are listed appropriately both in the application database scroll-down list and in the IOTA Directory online. Following several activations from AS-206 in the last few weeks with most already accepted for credit, the group number is now confirmed. Record-holders with credits for AS-117 that commence with prefixes JA0, 1, 2 and 7, will have their credits reviewed for transfer to AS-206. All chasers who logged into the IOTA system at least once during the last two years will be automatically informed by a credit re-allocation. IOTA Credits for Non-standard Log Names The chasers can now get IOTA credits through IOTA/Clublog QSO matching for irregular log names. To facilitate this, the log names are now listed on the accepted activation's tab; ''My IOTA > > Add Qso's From Clublog > > Accepted Activation's'' In order to get a match for AA1AA/P on XX-yyy with the log name AA1AA/P_XX-yyy, the chaser must upload to Club Log a QSO with the callsign AA1AA/P_XX-yyy. Once the match is obtained, the system will automatically use the proper callsign in the subsequent credit application. Esta noticia se me había escapado, aunque muy a tener en cuenta por lo que puede conllevar al dejar de estar gestionado un diploma tan importante por una asociación como la RSGB. Tras el acuerdo con la RSGB, que gestionaba el Programa IOTA,  ahora se ha hecho cargo Air (IOTA) Ltd, una nueva empresa sin fines de lucro, limitada y con garantía en el derecho del Reino Unido. Dicho organismo tiene plena responsabilidad de todos los aspectos del programa, su gestión del día a día, la estrategia, la política, las finanzas, el desarrollo, la promoción y comercialización. La empresa ha sido registrada a nombre de Roger Balister, G3KMA y Stan Lee, G4XXI que son sus actuales directores, además se formará en breve un Consejo de Administración. El nuevo Directorio IOTA, publicado por la RSGB este mes, se refiere a la sociedad con un nombre diferente. Llevará algo de tiempo llevar a cabo todos los aspectos de gobernabilidad, pero los entusiastas del IOTA deben estar seguros de que la nueva...
