Prefijos RP

Estos días las bandas están llenas de estaciones RP68, realmente interesante el prefijo.
Hoy he trabajado a RP68NF, y en su pagina de  QRZ.COM hay un video realmente interesante.
Alli explica el porque de estos prefijos:
