La Unión de Radioaficionados Españoles (URE),  con motivo de la celebración del  95 aniversario   de la lnternational Amateur  Radio Union (IARU)  y para contribuir al desarrollo y divulgación de las radiocomunicaciones en general y al mundo de la radioafición en particular y con el objetivo de acompañar a los radioaficionados ante la situación excepcional causada por la propagación del COVID-19, ha solicitado autorización para la utilización de determinados distintivos de llamada especiales, con carácter temporal. According the same act, any Brazilian amateur radiostation gained the option to transmit from June 12 to July 13, 2014 (the period of the World Cup) with special callsign formed by it’s own usual letters, but with double numbers of the prefix, without any further requirements or fees to be sent or paid to Anatel. For example: PY2AA, the usual callsign of LABRE’s station in Sao Paulo, can be used as PY22AA during the World Cup. If and only if Brazil wins the World Cup, any Brazilian amateur radio station can be operated from July 13 to August 31, 2014 with special callsign formed by it’s own usual letters, but with 6 added to the numbers, also without any further requirements or fees to be sentor paid to Anatel. Si, estas leyendo bien, un indicativo con 3 números en España, no estoy de resaca y he oído bien, parece que el nuevo reglamento de radioaficionados empieza a funcionar o una delegación de teleco se han vuelto locos. Acabo de trabajar en 40 metros a EA100EAS (cien) Enhorabuena por el indicativo y a ver si cunde el ejemplo.

Grata sorpresa, al parecer Telecomunicaciones esta dispuesta a otorgar indicativos con números, como oímos todos los días en las bandas desde otros países. Estos días las bandas están llenas de estaciones RP68 , realmente interesante el prefijo. Hoy he trabajado a RP68NF, y en su pagina de  QRZ.COM hay un video realmente interesante. He recibido algunas consultas sobre los nuevos prefijos rusos que están en el aire desde este invierno. La distribución actual queda así: ·          Prefijos con numero 2 ya no están limitados a Kaliningrado. Estaciones con RA2 y UA2-UI2 (con F y K como primera letra del prefijo) están en Kaliningrado; el resto pertenecen a Rusia Europea. ·          Las estaciones con los siguientes prefijos pertenecen a Rusia Europea: R1, RA1-RZ1 (excepto RI1 mirar mas abajo), R2, RB2-RZ2, R3-R7, RA3-RZ7, UA1 y UA3-UI7. Interesante la iniciativa del manager del Concurso WPX , de hacer públicos los logs del concurso con el animo de poder hacer análisis de como trabajan otras estaciones, ver condiciones de propagación, etc. Eso si, plantea que las normas del concurso expliciten que dejas abierta la posibilidad que otros "ojeen" tu log, vamos que sea público.
